Black King
Black King mushrooms are a meaty and dense. Prized for their dark brown to black caps, thick stems, and a rich, savory flavor with umami depth and a hint of pepper, making them an excellent meat substitute in cooking for roasting, sautéing, or in stir-fries, offering a firm, satisfying texture.

Blue Oyster
Most versatile mushroom known for their mild, slightly sweet, earthy flavor and meaty texture that becomes velvety when cooked

Golden Oyster
They have short, pale stems, white gills running down the stem, a delicate, slightly sweet, nutty, or fruity flavor (losing color when cooked), and a mild scent sometimes described as watermelon-like when fresh, becoming fruity and wine-like when cooked.

Lions Mane
Delicate seafood-like flavor (like crab or lobster), and a meaty, tender texture when cooked, making them prized as both a culinary ingredient and a medicinal supplement for cognitive health and nerve support.

Pink Oyster
Striking vibrant pink color, fan-shaped caps that grow in clustered, coral-like formations, a meaty yet delicate texture, and mild , slightly sweet umami flavor with seafood notes that intensify with cooking, fading to orange/brown when cooked.
