
Edible Flowers
Below is a list of edible flowers we grow here at Mast Produce. We take requests for new varieties with larger plants being seasonal and small plants being offered year round. We currently offer clamshells containing 25 plus blooms.

Alyssum
Tiny fragrant flowers in white, pink, or lavender offering mild honey-like flavor.

Chrysanthemum
Offering a distinct, aromatic flavor that's slightly bitter, citrusy, peppery, and herbaceous.

Pansy
Mild, slightly sweet or tangy flavor with hints of mint or wintergreen

Borage
Star-shaped, bright blue blooms with a delicate, honey-sweet and cucumber-like flavor.

Cosmos
Subtle, slightly sweet, vegetal, or peppery flavor, tasting like mild carrots or nasturtiums

Pentas
Slightly sweet, cabbage-like flavor, making them great for desserts, drinks, and salads

Calendual
Daisy-like blossoms with a slightly bitter, spicy, or peppery taste.

Citrus Marigold
Soft, citrusy, peppery, and spicy flavors

Petunia
Sweet, sometimes subtly peppery or fruity flavor, making them great for garnishing salads, fruit platters, or infusing drinks

Snapdragon
Delicate, sometimes mildly tangy, vegetal taste that makes them excellent for adding visual appeal.

Zinnia
slightly bitter or vegetal (like arugula/pea), with the center disk sometimes more bitter; they're generally best used as garnishes for their looks and mild flavor,

Verbena
Vibrant, lemony flavor with white, purple, pink, red or lilac colors

Viola
Subtly sweet, vegetal, or minty flavor and a crisp, tender texture, often with wintergreen notes.
